Our working process
To meet all clients requirements the first time we use convenient approach of the development process. It is devided into 4 important milestones that represent the highlevel tasks. Please keep in mind that we follow this process with all projects however the time spent on each step will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the desired solution.
1. MILESTONE 1 – The inception phase
1.1. Project questionnaire is intended to make an initial client contact. Here you can find basic questions that help to define the direction and scope of the project. After filling you can email it using Contact page. As far as forming the requirements and rules for your project is the basis of success, on this stage we’ll give you first estimation about budjet that is needed to collect all requirements for fully dressed requirements specification(RS) and about the scope of the project . After you prepay 100% of estimation budjet we start to develop the RS.

1.2.creating the Detailed Requirements Specification. As we start forming technical requirements based on your input data, new questions and opportunities can appear, so we will ask for your clarification on any point that we have to come up with.The more information you can provide at this stage the more easily we can progress through the project process.
1.3.Delivery and approvement of RS, budget and timeline. After receiving your clear requirements and conducting an estimation of budget and the deadlines, we will deliver the detailed project specification. This is a fixed cost estimate and there is no obligation to continue with the project at this time, however in case of refuse to proceed, the estimation budjet won’t be returned, so you have to charge all expenses connected with time spent on the development of the requirements specification and project estimation. This is the commonly used world practice that is an incentive for us and our client to make quick and thorough information gathering. If you decide to continue working on project we will sign an agreement that will define all parties rights and obligations. PLEASE, form your requirements thoroughly, because all later changes may cause both budget and deadline changes, that should be drawn with additional agreement to major one.
2. MILESTONE 2- Development phase
2.1 When you agree on time and costs that are needed to perform claimed functionality we ask for 50% down payment of the approved project budget. As we are getting the down payment we will form a project on our Activecollab (collab reference) platform and provide you with all necessary accesses to it in order you can get involved into process and see it in progress. This also allows convenient and organized data transmission and storage that makes the project development transparent for our clients.
2.2 This stage is an iterative process consisting of delivering a piece of functionality, testing and fixing bugs if any. It repeats itself until required functionality is achieved.
** Notice that if you’d like to change your initial requirements or append the agreement with new ones, it may case budget and deadline changes that must be drawn with additional agreement to major agreement
3. MILESTONE 3- Final Delivery and payment. When the output product has been tested to meet all your requirements and after the final payment has been received we deliver the completed project(product) to our customer
4. MILESTONE 4-Support. If this stage hasn’t been included to our development agreement, we can make separate one to come up with conditions of your product support.
